Dependency Cutout

This service makes cutouts of sources from various frames. The cutouts can be from the image pipeline : RawScienceFrame, ReducedScienceFrame, RegriddedFrame and CoaddedRegriddedFrame. But also from the calibration objects that were used in the image pipeline : BiasFrame, ColdPixelMap, MasterFlatFrame, FringeFrame, HotPixelMap and IlluminationCorrection.

The sources can originate from a SourceList, AssociateList, Combined SourceList or SourceCollection SourceList. Please specify the input and which sources to use. An example of source specification is given below.

The sources are indentified by Source ID (SID) or Associate ID (AID). These can be specified by single numbers and/or ranges. The maximum number of SID(s) or AID(s) is 50 for free selection, or 500 for SourceList frame only. Examples :

For SourceList and AssociateList the "Frame Selection" option can be used, for the others only "SourceList.frame". Using the "Frame Selection" option you can select the frames from which cutouts will be made. The "SourceList.frame" option will create cutouts from the frame of the SourceList(s) only.

SourceList.frame:

This can be any type of BaseFrame. Cutouts of the same source will be shown on the same row.

Please be patient, generating cutouts can take a while !
